Stormy
Stormy and her horse Skydancer live in the Storm Clouds above Earth. They provide the winter rain, snow, and windy weather. Stormy is a spunky little girl, who despite her fire cracker temper, is really very sweet. She is immune to gloom, for she lives in the clouds. Stormy's temper could be described as "a cloud who wishes she was as loved as a rainbow".
Stormy had a chance to see what Rainbow Brite's life is like as she filled in her space in Rainbow Land gathering Color Crystals and Star Sprinkles while she was rescuing Spectra.
Skydancer
Skydancer is Stormy's fierce and energetic horse. He is a deep purple color, with a lightning bolt on his forehead. His breed is that of a Shire or Clydesdale and he is fast, often racing against Starlite. While Skydancer's gender was never mentioned openly, the hair cover hooves were a characteristic given to male horses in similar toy-lines such as My Little Pony's "Big Brother" Ponies. This leads us to believe that Skydancer is a boy.
